
Scott Williams graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1985 and from California Western College of Law with a Juris Doctor, cum laude honors, in 1988. Scott was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1988. Scott is also licensed to practice law in Colorado, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Arizona District Court. Over the past twenty years of practice Scott has handled thousands of landlord-tenant cases. Scott is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, as well as founding member of the Association of Landlord Tenant Attorneys. Scott is the author of the RESIDENTIAL TENANT RELATIONS MANUAL.

Mark Zinman graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, with a Bachelor of Science in 2002, and from Tulane University with a Juris Doctor, cum laude honors, in 2005. Mark was admitted to the practice of law in Arizona in 2005. Since joining this firm in 2005, and becoming a partner in 2008, he has handled cases before all levels of Arizona state court as well as the United States District Court - District of Arizona. A large portion of Mark's practice involves handling real estate matters for property owners, property managers and investors. This includes evictions, quiet title and easement litigation, fair housing disputes, and litigation resulting from trustee's sales. In conjunction with such work, Mark is the exclusive attorney member of the Arizona Real Estate Investor Association (AZREIA) representing landlords, and publishes articles in the AZREIA monthly newsletter. He has also presented seminars to the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) and has become a regular contributor to the Apartment News, the monthly AMA publication. He has also help create and develop our firm's collections/garnishment department to assist client's in post-judgment actions. Mark teaches at the School of Real Estate and Business in classes focusing on property management and landlord tenant issues.

In 1967, Mike graduated from the Tulane University School of Law. Following seven years in a senior federal position in Washington, DC, Mike moved to Arizona in 1977 and has practiced law with a concentration in mobile home parks and fair housing law. He has been legal counsel to Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona, the mobile home parks industry association, since 1987. He has written twelve publications for MHCA including rental and management forms and textbooks on how the various laws affecting the industry apply. He regularly writes articles in the MHCA Today and Tomorrow magazine and co-authored a weekly landlord tenant Q &A column in the Arizona Republic. Mike served for ten years as a judge pro tem in Maricopa County. Over the course of his practice, Mike has been actively involved in drafting legislation affecting landlord tenant laws.
